Guest Tickets

Are you interested in bringing a guest to one of our keynote meals or special events, or interested in attending as a speaker or exhibitor who is otherwise not registered for the conference? Guest tickets are available for purchase.

Tote Bag Donation

To reduce waste and create a more sustainable event, this year ARSL tote bags will be opt-in and available by donation. The minimum donation to receive a tote bag is $5, but you have the opportunity to donate more if you choose to. Contributions like yours allow us to fulfill our mission and support rural and small libraries across the country.

If you would like to purchase a tote bag separately from your registration form, or purchase multiple bags, you may use this tote bag form.

Cancellation Policy 

Written requests for refunds by conference registrants must be received 30 days prior to the start of the conference (Monday, August 18, 2025). No refunds will be made following that date. Please review our Cancellation & Late Fee Policy to understand our event guidelines.
