Sherry Scheline – Camp Library at Donnelly Public Library provides an immersive outdoor learning experience—complete with teepees, podcasting, and even a Hogwarts-inspired camp.

ARSL member, Sherry Scheline talks about her summer plans at their library! She says, “Camp Library started 3 years ago as a way to address the child care crisis in our community. This year it runs from 8-5 Monday through Friday for 10 Weeks. The occupancy of our library is only 16 so our camp is run outside and we utilize two large teepees for our outdoor classroom.“ She went on to say, “Camp Wart is a Hogwarts inspired Camp and the students learn various skills and participate in STEAM activities surrounding the Harry Potter books. They also receive 1hr of Latin instruction a day.  They have journal writing exercises, this summer they will begin a podcast, and they will also have a week long influencer camp.”
